How To Load Money to Your STA Travel ISIC Prepaid MasterCard®

There are a number of ways to load your STA Travel ISIC Card, including:

By Bank Transfer

You can load money by bank transfer by logging in to your own online bank account and instigating a bank transfer from there. Enter the Bank Routing Number that we provide you in the user guide and where you are asked for a reference, please ensure you enter your account reference number, found on the bottom left of your card. Your bank will then transfer the funds to us to place on your card. Your bank or financial institution may charge a fee for this service. Please contact your bank for details.

Green Dot Reload @ the Register

Reload @ the Register is a fast and easy way to reload your card from the convenience of any register at thousands of retailer locations nationwide, including ACE Cash Express, CVS/pharmacy, Kmart, Rite Aid, 7-Eleven, Walgreens and Walmart (not available in VT).

Just ask the cashier to add cash directly to your card at the register. A reload fee of as much as $5.00 will be assessed by the merchant.

Online by Debit Card

Login to your STA eccount and click on the tab labeled 'Load Money'. Once you have registered your card with us you can then use this tab to top up your account from the card you have registered.
The STA Travel ISIC Prepaid MasterCard is issued by Central Bank of Kansas City, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from MasterCard International Incorporated. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see a copy of your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
