For e-tickets purchased through STA Travel in Australia, and you have started your travels, date changes can be requested through our US Travel Help service 24-hours a day hours. e-ticket purchased in the UK |
For e-tickets purchased through STA Travel in the UK, date changes can be requested through our Global Travel Help service. |
e-ticket purchased in all other countries |
Changes to e-tickets purchased through all other countries should be made through an STA Travel office in the country from which you bought your ticket, or possibly directly through the airline. Be sure to check your travel documentation for more information. |

Changes to paper tickets should normally be made through the airline directly - please check your travel documentation for information on changing your tickets. You may also contact the airline directly or seek further assistance from the nearest Travel Help location. |
