| 1. Book your flight.
Simply click on your corresponding group flight and fill out the flight request
form or call an advisor at (877) 777-8717. If you are not part of a pre-arranged
group flights, please fill out the individual flight request form at the top of this page. |
| 2. Receive your itinerary. STA
Travel will email your itinerary to you within 48 hours. If you do not have
email, you can also receive your itinerary via fax. |
| 3. Review your
itinerary. Check to make sure your name, dates and times of travel
and any other pertinent information is correct. If incorrect, contact an STA
Travel representative at the number listed above. |
| 4. Purchase. Contact STA
Travel to confirm and purchase your tickets. Make sure you confirm before the
ticketing deadline (printed above the ticket rules and restrictions on your
itinerary). STA Travel accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express), debit card (displaying a Visa or MasterCard
logo) or by check. |
| 5. Receive your ticket.
STA Travel will issue and send your ticket to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior
to departure. All tickets are mailed with a secure tracking number via Airborne
Express. |
