There are two options to change your e-ticket purchased in the US.
For simple date or time changes, you can fill out the request form below. All requests will receive a response within 72 hours.
WARNING: By using this form, you are authorizing STA Travel to CANCEL your original travel dates and rebook your reservation as requested. Once your reservation is changed, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure form for payment of required fees. The change fees are listed on your Blue STA Travel Itinerary.
In addition to the online request form, you can also call the US Travel Help branch at (800) 836-4115 (toll charges apply) or direct at (480) 592-0868 x1011. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 6 a.m.-9 p.m. and Saturday 6 a.m.- 6 p.m. (MST).
