How can I change my ticket?
As experienced travellers ourselves, we know that things change - that’s why many of our tickets allow you to make amendments to your travel dates to get the most out of your time away.
Simply find your ticket type below and we can tell you about the sorts of options that may be available and what you need to do next.
All changes, where permitted, are subject to the conditions of your ticket, flight availability and applicable fees and charges, which will be advised to you before you confirm. Please note: not all tickets are changeable.
SATA tickets

SATA tickets are flight tickets exclusive to STA Travel. They allow us to change your ticket without going via an airline. you decide not to use your ticket part-way through. Then when you're ready, SATA ticket changes can be requested through our Global Travel Help service 24-hours a day. Fill out the SATA Ticket Change Request form below:
Paper tickets
Prior to departure from your home country, date changes may be made directly through STA Travel, providing that the changes fall within the conditions/restrictions of the ticket that you purchased. To make any changes to your ticket after your departure, you will need to contact the airline directly.
e-Tickets
E-Ticket conditions are the same as standard tickets described in the paper tickets section with the exception of the loss of a ticket.
