Just about everything, actually! We guarantee to beat any genuine available quote that can be booked through other travel agents, airlines, tour operators and travel websites. So we’ll beat any competitor quote for:

How this baby works
- Find a tour or accommodation stay that is available to the Australian general public* from another branch-based travel agent, online travel agent or travel agent call centre.
- Before booking the travel, you need to obtain a printed confirmation of the competitor quote on headed paper or equivalent (i.e. print out of web page) complete with price, booking conditions, travel dates, number of passengers and date of quote clearly shown. This quote needs to presented to STA Travel the same day as it was made by the competitor. The Price Beat Guarantee will be valid against the initial competitor quote only. We will not enter into an ongoing price negotiation.
- Visit an STA Travel branch or Call 134 STA (782). Email requests cannot be accepted unless following a phone or branch visit enquiry.
- Show STA Travel staff printed confirmation of the quote. For telephone enquiries you can fax or email the quote to your travel consultant following your phone call.
- If STA Travel is able to confirm that the quote is still available to be booked as per the itinerary, we will not only match the airfare but guarantee to BEAT IT!

Conditions apply
The written competitor quote must be presented to STA Travel the same day as it was made by the competitor, and must be available to be booked at the price quoted at the time you present it to us. (If the quoted time or date isn’t available, we’ll do our best to keep it as cheap as possible!).
The guarantee only applies for travel on the same dates, using the same flights, airlines, hotels, tours etc. and destinations as the written competitor quote.
The quote must be from an Australian registered business or website for travel originating ex Australia only.
The guarantee cannot be redeemed for purchases online at statravel.com.au
*Fares available to the General public are deemed as fares available to an audience, not registered to a subscription or membership audience. STA Travel will not offer guarantee to closed subscriber or membership group offers.
