Round The World ticket
What does this actually mean? This is an airfare that allows you to travel on many different routes with a group of airlines, as long as it’s within the rules and regulations of the fare. The main rules being that you must cross the Atlantic and Pacific oceans at some stage on your journey.
However, STA Travel has some specially negotiated fares in which this does not have to be the case, as long as you are flying in or out of Europe.
Options
This is the good bit… This is exactly what a ‘Round the World fare gives you. For example, if you're flying on a "point-to-point" fare to Europe, the only allowed stop is in Asia. A ‘Round the World fare allows you to stop in an American or Pacific destination as well, opening up a whole new range of experiences.
