Insurance

For holders of ISIS Insurance policies, taken out through STA Travel UK.

Medical Emergencies

The number to call in the case of medical emergencies only is ISIS assistance on +44 20 8762 8015.

In the case of hospitalisation or visiting a doctor in the USA or Canada, you must contact ISIS Assistance on 188 422 47 47 (or +1 954 370 8468 if calling from outside the USA/Canada) prior to arrival at the hospital/clinic/surgery etc.

Please also see the last pages of your Insurance Certificate for a list of organisations who can also settle medical claims locally.

Making A Claim

The claims handler for all ISIS travel insurance polices sold by STA Travel UK is The Claims Service. Please see your Insurance Certificate to see the policy wording, including details of how to make a claim.

Extending your policy

You can extend your STA Travel / ISIS policy (up to a maximum total of 24 months, with the cover subject to the terms, conditions and limitations applicable to the original contract) by paying the premium for the extra period of cover. The cover will be subject to the terms, conditions and limitations applicable to the original contract. You may only extend a policy if the original policy has not yet expired. Please visit our Global Travel Help team online for assistance at least three days prior to the expiry of your existing cover.

Insurance Certificate Copy

If you find yourself to be no longer in possession of your ISIS Insurance Certificate booklet, we can send you a duplicate by email.  Please contact your issuing office giving your name, email address and (if possible) your policy and/or order numbers. Our UK National Travel Help Centre can also arrange for your issuing office to send a copy to you but please be sure to state the branch through which you took out the policy.
