Surface Product Manager
Location:
London
Role purpose:
Day to day account management of all surface suppliers with the exception of Globally Preferred suppliers, to ensure:
- STA Travel has the best deals in its market place
- Commercial terms are optimised
- Content is agreed for STA Travel brochures and agreed funding is obtained
- Product is promoted and positioned effectively within the STA Travel distribution channels
Key Responsibilities:
- Content management of all surface web products, new and existing, including NEA STA web sites and white label sites.
- Maintaining surface content on the Bluepages and ensuring product messages are clear, concise and being used by POS.
- Communicate the launch of new products and promotions (including late deals) effectively across all channels (Call Centre, Retail, Web)
- Supporting POS in all enquiries and gathering feedback and recommendations for product development.
- Account Management of all surface suppliers except Globally Preferred partners.
- Product management for all suppliers offers for campaigns, classified ads, national promotions and online/offline publications.
- Support product development from conception to roll out to ensure effective delivery and launch to POS and customers.
- Co-ordination and implementation of all STA UK familiarisation and incentive programmes.
- Ensure communication and workflow processes are in place and efficient within the product/marketing team.
