Business Development Executive


Location:

London or Manchester

Role purpose:

To work along side the Market Development team, building new business for all channels with a focus on B2B and Groups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new accounts to B2B through research and contacts.
- Create and present proposals to new businesses
- Develop and maintain existing accounts through effective Account Management
- Hold regular review meeting and performance meetings with accounts
- Assist with marketing to various customer groups including teachers and school groups.
- Assist with development and marketing of the ISIC card.
- Assist with management of Campus Brand Manager Programme.
- Work alongside BDM to develop Academic Accounts.
- Work alongside the B2B team to ensure a high level of service to all accounts is maintained
- Use and understand available reports to manage accounts
- Maintain a high level of Competitive Awareness.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns

- Ability to plan current and future workloads, well organised, methodical & accurate, time management & patience are also a must
- To have a broad understanding of B2B performance targets and objectives.
- Able to work alone and as part of a team
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Flexible to working out of the office and able to travel to business meetings and events
