Travel Help - Electronic or Standard Paper Ticket

Electronic Ticket

E-tickets are electronic versions of standard tickets. E-tickets, by their nature, cannot be lost. If you have misplaced your printed itinerary simply visit www.virtuallythere.com. You should be able to view and print your itinerary there. You will need your six-letter reservation code and the email address you gave STA Travel when you initially purchased the ticket. If you are unable to access the reservation contact the nearest STA Travel Help office for assistance.



For Electronic Tickets Purchased in the UK

• Contact Global Travel Help via the internet at http://www.statravel.co.uk/ and click the Travel Help link.

• Contact the airline directly

For Electronic Ticket Purchased OUTSIDE the US, Canada or the UK you must contact the airline directly.
