CHANGE MY TICKET

How can I change my ticket?

As experienced travelers ourselves we know that things change - that’s why many of our tickets allow you to make amendments to your travel dates to get the most of your time away.

Simply find your ticket type below and we can tell you about the sorts of options that may be available and what you’d need to do next.

All changes, where permitted, are subject to the conditions of your ticket, flight availability and applicable fees and charges, which will be advised to you before you confirm. Not all tickets are changeable.

“SATA” tickets are some of our most flexible, often allowing you to change travel dates or, in some cases, even your route.  You may even be able to receive credit if you decide not to use your ticket part-way through.

Click below to find your nearest STA Travel branch where you can pop in and talk to us about making a change, or make an online date-change request instead.
