CHANGING THE ROUTE OR ADDING A STOP TO YOUR EXISTING ITINERARY
Depending on the type of fare you purchased, your route may or may not be changeable, which includes adding a stop. Some fares may require you to upgrade to the next applicable fare requiring payment of the difference in fare plus any fees. Complete the Travel Help Request Form for further information.
EXTENDING TICKET VALIDITY
Tickets are valid for the periods shown on the ticket itself and cannot be extended. Depending on the fare type you have purchased, some tickets may be applied toward the purchase of the new ticket for the dates you require. You will pay the fare difference plus any fees associated with the exchange. Complete the Travel Help Request Form for further information.
OBTAINING A REFUND
Depending on the type of fare you purchased, some tickets may be refunded directly by the carrier or may only be processed by the STA Travel location where you purchased your ticket. Please contact the STA Travel location where you purchased the ticket for more information.
