For customers traveling on standard or e-tickets, you may contact the airline directly or seek further assistance from the nearest Travel Help location.
E-tickets are electronic versions of standard tickets. E-tickets, by their nature, cannot be lost. If you have misplaced your printed itinerary, simply visit http://www.virtuallythere.com/ and you should be able to view and print your itinerary. You will need your six-letter reservation code and the email address you gave STA Travel when you initially purchased the ticket. If you are unable to access the reservation, contact the nearest STA Travel Help office for assistance.FOR E-TICKETS PURCHASED IN THE UK
