Considered the "Paris of the South," B.A. is famous for the tango, Argentine steak and the arts. It's chic and affordable.

You'll find incredible architecture, arts, dining, and shopping. B.A. is also the financial, industrial, commercial and cultural hub of Argentina.

Starting in Buenos Aires is an excellent way to kick off this trip because it's buzzing with excitement!

Students like yourselves are discovering the unique coolness of Buenos Aires due to its mix of Latin American and European roots. Europeans emmigrated here back in the 20s, and because of this, the city evolved into what's considered the "Paris of South America."

Your next stop is Sydney, Australia - one of THE most popular cities in the world for student travelers.

Sydney
The iconic Sydney Opera House is said to be modeled after mating turtles. You be the judge.

Sports are also a major part of Sydney and you'll find rugby, soccer, basketball, surfing and sailing to be the big ones.

In Sydney you'll find a mix of Aboriginal roots, British traditions and constant fusions of immigrant culture. In fact, it's one of the most multi-cultural cities in the world.

Sydney hosts some of Australia's largest social and cultural events, is home to the iconic Sydney Opera House, has major museums, incredible shopping, art, music, beautiful beaches and water.

The next stop on the "Urban" itinerary is the amazing city of Tokyo, home to 12 million people.

Tokyo
"Tokyo" means eastern capital and is blend of the modern world and ancient traditions.

It's the seat of government and home of the Imperial Palace, but you get everything here from the Harajuka girls in Jingu-bashi to Kabuki-za theater in Ginza to techno geeks in Electric Town. FYI - Sumo wrestling tournaments take place in January, May and September.

Tokyo is "a manic, hyperurban cosmopolis obsessed with newness," yet deeply rooted in tradition and its ancient history. It's located on Japan's main island, Honshu, and the greater area is actually made of up 26 cities. So, Tokyo is basically huge and offers a ton to see and do.

From Tokyo, you'll head northwest to the northeastern corner of China to Beijing.

The city transformed itself for the Summer Olympic games and is betting on the increased surge of tourists to continue.

Beijing
Host of the Summer Olympic games and expected to remain a top tourist destination for years to come.

Beijing has long been a modern city but transformed itself for the Summer Olympics and expects to continue to reap the tourism benefits for years to come. Should be a really interesting stop on this 'Round the World trip!

Beijing is one of the "Four Great Ancient Capitals" of China and the second largest city after Shanghai.

It's been a center of art, culture, history and politics for centuries and everywhere you go you see evidence of this. Visitors experience the ancient traditions with a visit to the Forbidden City, a walk along the Great Wall and visit to the many museums showcasing the various dynasties, like Ming, Jin, Han, and Qin.

The "Urban" 'Round the World itinerary ends in London, the capital of the England AND the United Kingdom. Talk about ending on a high note!

London
London is one of the most influential cities in the world when it comes to politics, education, entertainment, media, fashion and art!

But, London is also the world's most culturally diverse city! Seriously, some 300 languages are spoken here.

London is an amazing city that's growing at record numbers and will continue to expand and improve over the next 4 years as the city prepares for the 2012 Summer Olympic games.

London offers typical icons of British history like Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Tower of London, double decker buses, taxi cabs, pubs, and fish-n-chips.

You could spend years in London and you'd find something new to see and experience every day. It's that amazing!
