World Traveler Intern 2007 Itinerary

Rachel Rudwall traveled the world - on our dime! She went exploring all in an effort to inspire you to do the same. Europe, Asia, Australia - she had a big itinerary and you can check out everything she did below.

Europe

Contiki's European Discovery

This internship kicked off in Europe with Contiki - THE tour leader for 18-35 year olds. Rachel spent 14 days gallivanting around some of the most intriguing cities and beautiful mountains. Rachel even tried her hand at white water rafting in Austria. More

Eastern Europe

Topdeck Tours' Eastern Escape

Rachel's adventure continued with Topdeck Tours's "Eastern Escape." She explored the best of this part of Europe! The group had so much fun - especially in these "I Love Berlin" t-shirts featuring a pic of the one and only David Hasselhoff! The Hoff is HUGE in Germany, ya know, as a, um, singer.

i-to-i's Panda Conservation

This experience benefitted both animals and locals! Rachel helped preserve some of the world's most endangered species AND helped the staff work on their English. This showed what volunteering is all about! More

Thailand

Intrepid Travel's Chiang Mai to Bangkok

Connections Adventures' Island Suntanner

After 3 weeks in Asia, she went Down Under for the final leg of her internship for some fun in the sun! Connections Adventures took Rachel from Sydney up to Cairns, to explore some of the very best of Australia. Some people only dream of going here. More
