Here at STA Travel, we strive to provide you with the best possible service, and when you feel that it fails to meet your expectations, it’s important to let us know. We apologize to you, our clients, who have been affected by several spam emails from us about a recent purchase.

After some investigating, we found that a series of emails were sent to all clients in our trip departure database. If you have ever purchased a flight, ISIC, hotel, etc. from STA Travel, you may have received multiple emails for each purchase made within our system.

The database that was hit only affected trip-related information. Your personal information has not been affected and we do not store any credit card information or personal data on our servers. This issue has been corrected. We have taken the necessary steps to correct our new automated email system to prevent any future errors.
