How It Works

1. You find an Economy class-scheduled student airfare that is available to the general public from another retail travel agent, online travel agent or travel agent call center in the United States to any domestic or international destination. You must be a full-time student and under the age of 26 to qualify for this offer.

2. Before booking the airfare, you get a printed confirmation of the competitor travel agent's airfare quote on headed paper or print out a Web page with the airfare price, ticket terms and conditions (including change fees and length of stay), travel dates, number of passengers, airline name and date of quote clearly shown.

3. Call (800) 716-2414 OR bring proof of price to any STA Travel store.

4. STA Travel will check the quote for availability and booking conditions that same day.

5. If STA Travel is able to confirm that airfare is still available to be booked as per the itinerary quoted, we will match the airfare and you’ll get an ISIC card valid for one year! If you already have a valid ISIC card at the time of purchase, we will beat the airfare by the amount of our competitor's booking fee. Shipping must be included in the quote documentation!

Terms and Conditions
1. The STA Travel Guarantee is available to full-time students under 26 years of age. 

2. The STA Travel Guarantee applies only to standalone flight tickets. It does not apply to flight ticket prices offered as part of a package with other products such as hotels, tours or cruises. 
3. The STA Travel Guarantee applies only to airfare quotes with identical terms and conditions including travel dates and times, airline, class of service, number of passengers, change fees, refund restrictions, and currency. 
4. The STA Travel Guarantee applies only to the base cost of the airfare, exclusive of taxes, fees and surcharges. 
5. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us. 
6. The STA Travel Guarantee applies only to the initial competitor's quote.  Subsequent submissions against the guarantee for identical airfare (including identical terms and conditions) are not valid. 

7. The STA Travel Guarantee applies only to airfares available to the general public from a travel agency or Web site in the United States. The guarantee does not apply to airfares offered directly by an airline or to airfares offered through memberships or groups, consolidators, rewards programs or through corporate rates.
8. Non-ISIC card holders will receive a price match equal to the competitor’s quote for the base cost of the airfare in addition to an ISIC card valid for one year from the date of issue. 
9. Existing ISIC Card holders will receive a discount equal to the competitor’s booking fee on the quote provided in addition to the price match on the base cost of the airfare.

STA Travel, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the STA Travel Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.
