The staff were friendly and it was close to the skyrail station but I'd still prefer something further down towards Asok skyrail station as there's more shopping and more entertainment.

This hotel was terrible, we wanted a hotel in the city centre, it was right out of town about a 30 minute walk and there were no facilities. The only thing that was good about this hotel were the staff they were very friendly and helpful. We ended up only staying there for 1 night and then we found ourselves another hotel which was fantastic.

The hotel was very close to the skytrain station and near a market. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were good- swimming pool, place for massages and gym. Also area to book trips etc.

Beautiful hotel in good location away from the bustle of the city centre, but only a 2 minute walk from the skyride station. Excellent staff who were extremely helpful, loved both the pool and the massages.

Nice relaxing pool, attractive lobby, quiet, tescos just 2 minute walk away (and mcdonalds)
relaxed atmosphere, soothing and yet close to the action

The complimentary massage was a godsend! Plane food messed me around and the availability of some pampering was very much welcomed. Room was lovely, the bathroom left a bit to be desired but hardly much to complain about.

After a month travelling trains, buses, tuk tuks, planes... this was so relaxing... good place to wind down and a Tesco's next door to re-stock anything you need. Skytrain from here couldn't be easier, last stop!!! Get on go all the way to the end and you are at the famous weekend market... no changes.. easy!! Only downside was after chilling and recharging the batteries you want to go out again ... Khao San Road is min 200 BHT ride in a taxi and as skytrain finishes at midnight you will need a taxi back :)

Turtle in the lobby

The hotel was beautiful. The lobby, the swimming pool and massage area, comfy beds, safes in the room and a TURTLE in the lobby fountain all impressed us. The staff were amazingly polite, even when we asked to swim in the pool in the middle of the night on new years eve. The location, while out of town, was right on a sky train station, which made traveling around to the sights easy (if a little time consuming).
The only bad thing I can say is that the turtle went missing. I hope he's ok. Maybe he just went to a new years eve party.
