The YMCA has a big cardio and weights room available for guests. Bathrooms are shared (two showers per sex per floor). Rooms are extremely small but are clean and include a small fridge and television. Location is great and is around 10-15 minutes from times square 5 from the closes subway station (51st street). However, the front desk is extremely rude and not customer oriented at all. The security staff and the greeters are very social and nice though.

It was cheap, and within walking distance for many of the best attractions. However, the rudeness of the staff seriously overshadowed our experience. The accommodation itself was prison-like despite the very chic reception area.

accommodation was in a good laction about 15 minute walk from the Rockerfella centre. Although the room was extremely small it was clean. Share facilities were also kept clean.
