The staff was awesome, super friendly and helpful and we definitely made friends with some of them. Good location, close to the center of the city but not super close. Free meals at one of the local bars each night you stay there so that was awesome.

Staff were fantastically helpful, nothing was too much trouble. One staff member had heaps of advice on things to do whilst in Cairns and helped us find the best options for what we wanted to do and booked it all for us. Rooms come with fridge and sink and bathrooms were never too busy to get a shower. Very relaxed atmosphere so able to sleep but still have option of partying with free bus into town and links with local bars to get free entry. Would recommend this place 100% excellent value for money!

Super hilfsbereites Personal!! Unsere Koffer waren nicht angekommen, Empfang hat uns riesig weitergeholfen!! DANKE nochmals an dieser Stelle. Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet aber sauber, gemütliche Atmosphäre, nette Leute, 10-15 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum, wer ein Party-Hostel sucht sollte ein etwas größeres Hostel wählen, aber sonst für den Preis prima!

Njoy ist eines der weniger guten Hostels in Cairns, etwas abgelegen, einigermassen sauber, die Kueche war soweit in Ordnung, das Personal bemueht allerdings gibt es zum gleichen Preis wesentlich bessere Unterkuenfte.

If you like something near the heart of Cairns, this is probably the best place to go to. It is situated just a little off the heart of Cairns. BUT everything is within walkable distance. There is a shuttle service provided to drop customers off the heart of Cairns. For those looking for a quiet place to chill out, this is probably a good place to look at. Party-goers can look forward to party at the nearby Calpyso resort, where the shuttle service will drop you there as well.

Really nice staff members helped and was put in an all female dorm which was a bonus. Enjoyed the swimming pool in the hot, hot heat but was able to shelter from the rain when it came down. Hostel is removed from town so hourly shuttle buses take you into the centre which if you were to walk would take approx 15mins to do so. A hostel for those not wanting to party their socks off but have a few enjoyable beverages with friends in the excellent living area provided.
