The main thing about the Hotel was it being central for us. And only a 20 minute walk to the harbour. Could have done with a bit more seating in the foyer for departing and visiting guests.

It was in a great location, the pick up service was excellent, and on time. The breafast was yummy, the staff were friendly. I thoroughly recommend doing a city tour, as I went places that i probably wouldnt have gone to. Super thank you.

Our room was on the 16th floor, so a touch inconvenient if you leave something behind in your room but the lifts were fine, and quick! The room was very small (I had a twin room; staying with my sister) but after the initial squeezing past eachother all the time we got used to it. I wouldn't recommend you take much luggage with you as there was simply no room for it- my suitcase was jammed under the tiny desk and it still poked out! However, the room was clean, the bathroom was lovely and had a fantastic shower-clean, roomy and hot! The staff were a touch unfriendly but this is probably due to language more than anything, they all spoke pretty good English and were helpful to anything we needed. There was a safe in our room to store small valuables with a code you set yourself which was useful. The location is great- about 2 mins walk from a metro station. There was a gym/spa on the top floor but we never used it. We had the buffet breakfast one morning, which was so so. The building doesn't look very nice from the outside but the rooms arld clean and has everything you would need. I would stay there again.
