The best things about my stay was meeting many people in the cute garden downstairs. My stuff felt fairly secure in my locker in my private room. The people at the desk were helpful (some more than others) and mostly spoke some english. Bathroom was surprisingly clean and functional. Laundry available. The downsides were: the bed sheets were too short; the neighborhood is very loud -- music blasting at all times. I live in nyc, so it wasn't a problem. Room was only cleaned once. No rhyme or reason to when rooms were cleaned.
