Recently refurbished - feels clean, new and modern yet manages to maintain the charm of Florence, great value for money!

Well located - 5 minutes from SM Novella station and 5 minutes to Duomo

Good location - for tain and also for City Travel tours pickup stop. Nice value for money restaurants in close proximity and we walked to Duomo and in fact all over Florence. Staff were couteous and helpful and the breakfast was good.

The room was really comfortable, the gentleman at reception gave us very good advice on what to do etc. and we were centrally located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The only comment I would make is that breakfast is served a little earlier - maybe 7?
We thought this was one of the best hotels during our stay in Europe.
