Unclean backpackers located on a really steep hill in Copacabanna

There was nothing nice about this backpackers. It was unclean and the staff were not at all friendly or helpful and even got our room request wrong. My friend and i decided to not stay any of the 3 nights we had pre-purchased and went somewhere different. It was also located in a weird location (on an extreemly steep hill, which is hard when you have lots of bags to carry).
