Really nice hotel, except that wifi is not free. There was a huge variety for breakfast and was quite good.

The hotel was good location. The hotel was stylish but was not really suited to the young traveller, more of a group and couples hotel. The WIFI was not included which was a deal breaker as this was very expensive for budget conscious travellers. The Pool was great and big and the breakfast buffett was great- so many different cultural options. The hotel room itself was clean and styleish but not great setup for the bathroom/shower (not very private at all with a glass door only) Thus making it a bit awkward when travelling with a friend or a group and sharing. The hotel also allowed smoking on some floors- which I stayed on- bad odour and this caused headaches. The air con was great and the beds were super comfortable and they had a pillow menu which I found hilarious- as you could pick from wool/latex/feather/soft/hard pillow types etc. Rooms were quiet and the cleaning/service staff were good at providing towels, extra shampoos etc. The checking in at the hotel was probably the worst thing about it- we had to check in 2 times at the start (and they asked us to bring down our passports again) and also as we had an extra night at the end we had to come down and recheck in on the 2nd last day of the trip. The allowance for check out is also a downside- they should offer it at an extra cost to have a late check out so you can have a shower and freshen up for the flight- as most depart late in the afternoon/night.

A really nice hotel (decor a bit dated), but it is disappointing that the wifi is paid ($8 for 30 mins or $25 for a day - this is too steep and would be a detractor for people staying there). The location is around 15 mins walk from the closest MRT, so even though you can easily get around by taxi, if you want to be close to transport it is not the best hotel to stay in. The water pressure in the bathrooms is fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is delicious and great value.

Hotel did not have free WIFI. The configuration of the rooms were strange, the sink and vanity were outside the bathroom. Pool was on the 5th floor outside and very nice, and the buffet breakfast offered a great variety of international cuisine

Reception staff were not always friendly and didn't seem to know how to check us in properly. We had a few issues with keys and checking out. The location isn't near any subway or bus so the main transport is taxi. This was ok for us because the taxi's are really cheap especially with a few people but wouldn't recommend for single travellers or budget concious. Also, no free wifi or internet. All chargeable.
