Global Support Desk Analyst

Objective: The Service Desk Analyst is part of the Global Service Desk within STA Travel. This role exists to provide 1st line application and technical support of core business applications and localised Divisional support in this 24 hour global travel business.

The role will work within a team based in Dallas operating Monday to Sunday 12:30pm-1:30am. This team provide a single point of contact for global STA Travel departments with technical and application issues operating within the time zones supported. This role will handle and resolve incidents, problems, queries and requests related to Business Applications and IT Infrastructure. This role will resolve incidents within the Global Service desk responsibilities and escalate calls to 3rd Technical teams and external suppliers when required. This role will work closely with and handover to UK based Global Service Desk Analysts who cover Monday to Sunday 07:00-19:00 GMT.

• The team covers support hours of 12:30pm-1:30am Central Time Monday to Sunday. You will be required to work on a shift rotation consisting of a 12:30p-9:00p shift and 5:00p-1:30a shift.

Systems Analyst
