STANDARD TICKETS (BSP/ARC) or ELECTRONIC TICKET

For customers traveling on standard or e-tickets, you may contact the airline directly or seek further assistance from the nearest Travel Help location.

E-tickets are electronic versions of standard tickets. E-tickets, by their nature, cannot be lost. If you have misplaced your printed itinerary, simply contact STA Travel in the country you purchased your ticket to be emailed your travel documents.


FOR E-TICKETS PURCHASED IN THE UK

  • Contact the airline directly


FOR E-TICKETS PURCHASED IN AUSTRALIA 

  • If you have started your travels, date changes can be requested through our US Travel Help service 24-hours a day hours. Speak with a Travel Help Expert by calling 800.836.4115 or chat live.
  • If you have not departed yet, please contact your original branch in Australia.

For E-tickets Purchased OUTSIDE the US or the UK, you must contact the airline directly.
