For customers traveling on standard or e-tickets, you may contact the airline directly or seek further assistance from the nearest Travel Help location.
E-tickets are electronic versions of standard tickets. E-tickets, by their nature, cannot be lost. If you have misplaced your printed itinerary, simply contact STA Travel in the country you purchased your ticket to be emailed your travel documents.
FOR E-TICKETS PURCHASED IN THE UK
