The STA Travel Price Match Guarantee is our commitment to providing you with the cheapest airline tickets for International Travel AND the cheapest tour prices with our favorite Tour Operators, at all times. We'll beat any genuine competitor quote, subject to the terms & conditions below. And if we can't match a competitor’s quote, we’ll give you a $500 travel credit!

| 1. Price Match Guarantee applies to all scheduled airlines and the following tour operators - Contiki Holidays, G Adventures, Busabout, Haggis, Shamrocker, Bamba Bus, Adventure Tours Australia, Vodkatrain and Kiwi Experience. |
| 2. Prices will only be matched on prices available to the general public in the USA and displayed in US Dollars only. All flights must be departing the USA. |
| 3. If you find a cheaper price, you must obtain a printed confirmation of the competitor quote on headed paper or equivalent (i.e. print out of the webpage at the final payment stage) complete with a clear airfare/tour description, travel dates, number of passengers, price including all fees and charges, availability, booking conditions and date of quote clearly shown. If the price is found online you must provide the link in which the price is shown. |
| 4. This quote needs to be presented to STA Travel on the same day as the quote was created by the competitor, and the fare must still be available on the competitor’s website. The Price Match Guarantee will be valid against the initial competitor quote only. We will not enter into an ongoing price negotiation. |
| 5. Visit an STA Travel branch or Call 1 800.781.4040. Email requests cannot be accepted unless following a phone or branch visit enquiry. |
| 6. Provide STA Travel staff with confirmation of the quote. For telephone enquiries you can fax or email the quote to your Travel Expert following your phone call. |
| 7. Where we believe there to be an erroneous fare displayed by a competitor or that the price offered is no longer available to book, we have a 24 hour period to investigate the pricing. If at this point we prove the price to be invalid/incorrect/unavailable the best STA price will be offered. |
| 8. If STA Travel is able to confirm that the quote is still available to be booked as per the competitor price we will not only match the airfare but guarantee to MATCH IT! |
| 9. Booking, payment, amendment and cancellation conditions will apply. |
| 10. If for some reason we are unable to match a genuine competitor quote based on the conditions outlined - we’ll give YOU a $500 travel credit! |
Conditions apply: The Price Match Guarantee only applies for travel in the same economy booking class, leaving a USA airport on the same dates, using the same flights and airlines, as the written competitor quote. The Price Match Guarantee cannot be redeemed for purchases online at www.statravel.com. STA Travel will not price beat on an existing booking - the competitor quote must be presented to us prior to booking. Infant fares are not eligible for Price Match Guarantee.
*Fares offered to closed user groups are excluded. These include Subscription, Corporate, Membership, or Trade/Travel Expo. Opaque fares types that only display the airline and flight times until after payment are excluded. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
**Airlines excluded from this guarantee are Aer Lingus, Allegiant, Hellenic Airways, Interjet, Meridiana Fly, Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines, VivaAerobus, Volaris, XL Airways or any flights sold as public charter regardless of operating carrier.
#The $500 is available per booking and is awarded as travel credit to be spent with STA Travel. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of the initial booking. These funds may only be used for travel in the passenger names of the original booking and cannot be used towards another Price Match.
