Cycling grading - Easy/Moderate Approximate distance cycled: 25km Estimate cycling time: 6 hours

Day 3 Soca River/Bled (1B)

After a safety briefing, head out on the water for a full-day rafting trip. Stop to admire the views along the river as it cuts through the canyons and valleys of the Julian Alps, but make sure to concentrate on the river as you raft. This is one of the most exhilerating activites that can be done on the river, it will take your breath away. Inside the mountains on a caving expedition today. Pick up the gear and, following a safety briefing, dive down into the Julian Alps.
