Day 1 Kampala/Jinja (1D)
We recommend arriving a day early in order to meet your group at 9am in Kampala. If you're arriving into Entebbe, we can help you arrange a transfer to Kampala as well as a pre-accommodation night in Kampala to ensure you will be in the right place at the right time for your welcome meeting on Day 1.
Day 2 Jinja (1B, 1L,1D)
Spend an entire day making the most of Uganda's adventure capital. Opt to go whitewater rafting (did you know the Nile starts here?), horseback riding, bungee jumping, quad biking and more. This evening, opt for a sunset cruise.
Days 3-4 Fort Portal/Kibale National Park (2B,2L)
Take the scenic route to Fort Portal at the edge of Kibale National Park. Spend the night on a farm listening to the sounds of monkeys and chimpanzees. On Day 4, explore the evergreen rainforest and trek to spot chimps in the morning or afternoon.
Days 5-6 Queen Elizabeth II National Park (2B,1L)
Continue on to Queen Elizabeth II NP, stopping at the equator. Head out on a game drive in the evening. Keep your eyes peeled for warthogs, elephants, buffalo, 10 different species of primates and hippos and crocs. Take an early morning game drive on Day 6 and enjoy lunch inside the park. Opt for an evening cruise of the Kazinga Channel.
Days 7-8 Musanze (Ruhengeri)/ Volcanoes National Park (2B,1L)
