Pamplona - Camping
Day 1: 12 July Our Busabout coach will drop at the campsite en route to San Sebastian. You can also make your own way. Catch a public bus to Mendigorria town and walk 5 minutes to campsite. Alternatively, book a private transfer with Busabout through our website. Your tent is already pitched so just drop off your bags and head to the bar to meet up with the group for a few drinks at our welcome dinner and party and get ready for the festivities ahead. Day 2: 13 July It's up early for the shuttle to Pamplona as the first Bull Run will commence at 8am. After the Bull run you can explore the town or head back to the campsite on one of our many shuttles to relax, chill by the pool and recharge your batteries for tonight. Day 3: 14 July Head back to Pamplona for another Bull Run or take the option to explore the coastal town of San Sebastian. Swim, shop, drink, eat and enjoy this beautiful Basque town. Be sure to take the 30 minute walk up to Monte Urgull, well worth it for the amazing views, the walk begins at the stairway in Plaza Zuloaga and curves up the hill topped by low castle wall and the statue of Christ. Get ready for the 'Pobre de Mi' closing ceremony. At midnight the fiesta formally closes with a ceremony, taking place in front of the Town Hall. The crowd will sing 'Pobre de Mí, Pobre de Mí, que se han acabado las fiestas, de San Fermín.' ('Poor me, poor me, for the fiesta of San Fermín has come to a close'). Party until the fiesta officially closes with the bars pulling down their shutters, marking the end of San Fermin! Day 4: 15 July For those who fancy a sleep-in there is a late breakfast. Spend the morning at the pool, play football or just chill out and work on that killer tan at the Campsite. Check out by 10am. If you are hopping on the Busabout network, the coach will depart from Campsite tomorrow at 2.30pm.
