Part VI - Buenos Aires/Tango Experience plus Voyage Galapagos

Our World Traveler Intern ended his amazing summer in Buenos Aires and the Galapagos Islands with G.A.P Adventures! While each leg of the 08 internship was different from 07, THIS one was brand new! Our friends at G.A.P Adventures showed Pat the real flavor of South America with an exciting trek through two incredible places.

Argentina and Galapagos Islands (Ecuador)

First stop was Buenos Aires, Argentina, one of the most popular cities in the world! Patrick spent 4 days seeing and experiencing the city’s essential sights, sounds and flavors!

Then, he was off for a 6-day adventure sailing around the Galapagos Islands aboard the G.A.P Adventurer III! The Galapagos are located off the coast of Ecuador and famous for their wildlife – which you won’t find anywhere else.

He also:

  • swam
  • snorkeled
  • hiked
  • and took a million amazing photos

G.A.P Adventures has been specializing in its own brand of unique, small group grassroots adventure travel experiences for over 15 years! G.A.P Adventures strives to show you the real world by taking you off the beaten track, to the heart of the destination, and to meet the locals who call it home.

Not a bad way to finish off the most amazing summer of his life – as STA Travel’s World Traveler Intern 08!
