Only a four hour drive from Cape Town, you’ll be able to head out over the weekend and check out the ‘Big 5’. Or fancy going wine tasting? 3. The city itself
Just look around you… you’re in Cape Town! You’ll be volunteering in one of the most incredible cities in the world, so get out there and explore. Check out Long Street it’s got an incredible bohemian feel with second-hand bookshops, antique dealers and clothing boutiques. This street comes alive at night with buzzing bars and tasty restaurants situated in old Victorian buildings – great to blow off some steam after a hard day’s volunteering! Obviously, there’s Table mountain, Robben Island and V&A Waterfront all of which need to be ticket off you Cape Town bucket-list.
