Need to check the amount of money on your STA Travel ISIC Prepaid MasterCard?

If you have registered your mobile number with us, text BAL and the last 4 digits of your Card number to 27109 to get a text with your available balance on it. If overseas, text to +44 203 503 0298 (standard message and data rates from your wireless service provider may apply). You can also check your balance by logging in to your eccount.

Is your card lost or stolen?

If you lose your Card or it’s stolen, don’t worry. Simply call us anytime immediately on 1-855-407-6688 or +44 207 078 2720 if overseas 24/7.

If you have an STA Travel ISIC Prepaid MasterCard, we’ll cancel your Card and you can transfer over any funds to a new one (your Card will be re-issued and the original expiry date will apply).

You can also send us a text with LOST or STOLEN with the last 4 digits of your Card number to 27109 to report your STA Travel ISIC Prepaid MasterCard lost or stolen (standard network rates apply). This Card service is only available if you have registered your Mobile number with us. You can register your mobile number by logging in online or by calling Customer Care.

When communicating with us via text/SMS/email, please do not include any personal information such as account number or social security number.
The STA Travel ISIC Prepaid MasterCard is issued by Central Bank of Kansas City, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from MasterCard International Incorporated. MasterCard is a registered trademark of MasterCard International Incorporated. Certain fees, terms and conditions are associated with the approval, maintenance and use of the card. You should consult your Cardholder Agreement and the Fee Schedule. If you have any questions regarding the Card, such as fees, terms and conditions, you can contact us at the toll-free at 1-855-407-6688, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see a copy of your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
