How to travel around London

An Oyster Card is an easy way for visitors to London to travel on the bus, Tube, tram, DLR, London Overground and most National Rail services. Grab a card & top it up at over 3,000 outlets around London. You can hop straight on a tube from Heathrow or Gatwick airport too! Alternatively, you can now use contactless cards to pay for transport in the same way you would use an Oyster card.

When is the best time to visit London?

The best thing about London is that it's pretty much a 'year-round' destination where most key attractions are open no matter the weather. Lovers of a warmer climate however should visit between the months of June-August where the city is buzzing with plenty of summer activities.
